Larger projects, such as rewires or switchboard upgrades, are usually given as an estimate after an inspection — what is behind the walls decides a lot of the cost. If we uncover anything likely to change the price, we will discuss it with you and get your approval before proceeding. If you would rather have the figure locked in beforehand and the scope is clearly defined, we are happy to provide a fixed-price quote instead.
