Earth Electrical NSW provides complete electrical fit-outs for new homes, extensions and renovations in the Northern Rivers — pre-wire consultation, rough-in, fit-off, switchboard and final compliance. We work to the builder's program and coordinate directly with trades on site.
A build is the one chance to get the electrical layout right without cutting into finished walls. We spend the time upfront walking the plan with you — where the bed actually goes, which bench you will use, where you will want to charge things — because moving a point on paper is free.

From pre-wire to handover
We come in at plan stage, mark up the drawings with you, rough in ahead of the linings, and return for fit-off once the painters are through. Switchboard, meter, compliance paperwork and a walkthrough at the end.
Working with your builder
We are used to a program and we hold our slot. Builders keep calling us back because we show up in the window we were given and leave the site clean enough for the next trade.

New Homes & Renovations questions
When should I book an electrician for a new build?
As early as the plan stage. Booking before frame-up means we can mark up your drawings with you and lock in a rough-in date, rather than squeezing decisions in on site under time pressure.
Can you work to my builder's schedule?
Yes — most of our new-build work comes through builders in Ballina, Lennox Head and Byron Bay. We hold the slot we are given and coordinate rough-in and fit-off around the other trades.
Do you handle the connection to the grid?
Yes. We arrange the new supply and metering with the network provider and carry out the underground or overhead mains connection.
