Describe the problem, not the fix
Most people call us with a symptom rather than a diagnosis — a breaker that keeps tripping, a room with no power, a renovation they have not costed yet. That is completely fine.
Tell us what is happening and we will tell you what is actually involved, what it is likely to cost, and whether it is urgent. If it is something you can safely check yourself first, we will say that too.
