Commercial & Strata Electrical questions
How often must emergency and exit lights be tested?
Under AS/NZS 2293.2, emergency and exit lighting requires a six-monthly discharge test with results recorded in a logbook. We carry out the testing and maintain the record for you.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. For trading premises we schedule disruptive or power-off work early morning, after close or on weekends so you do not lose trade.
Do you take on ongoing maintenance contracts?
Yes — several Northern Rivers businesses and strata buildings use us as their regular electrical contractor with a scheduled inspection program plus reactive call-outs.
